Petalfall Town
The small farming community of Petalfall boasts crops of rice, barley, and wheat that surround most of the town. This community is the first stop for those who come to the region by ferry, where there is a port not far off. Here, new trainers, coordinators, and breeders alike come to see Professor Aspen, who will start them off on a new journey across Shinko.

Route 1 - Camellia Forest
The path through the fields leads into this dense forest, known for it's quiet and the lonely atmosphere it's said to give off. The pokemon here are said to be mostly nocturnal, though you can find pokemon silently scuttling through the shrubs in the little light that streams through the leaves. Named after the Camellia flower, you can find these growing in abundance all around.

Route 2 - Mountain Path
After you've found your way out, you stumble across a path where the forest starts to clear up. There are many like this around a mountainous area, all leading to one destination. Pick one you like, but expect it to lead you every which-way. Persistence is the key to making it out, so don't give up. The pokemon of the mountain may guide you, or even challenge you. Try not to make too much noise, though, because the mountain path is known to be the home of many intolerant kind.

Valerian Town
This small town started off as a roadside rest area from the long travel through the valley and mountain paths. The original inn still stands, though newer buildings have sprung up with the rush of tourism the town has been getting in the past years. There is an old fountain with a strange creature at it's center, surrounded by a cage-like structure at the center of the city, said to be made long ago, though few know why or what it is.

Route 3 - Eastern Lotus River
The eastern part of this river spills into the ocean, and is needed to cross in order to reach your next destination. There are a few bridges that offer passage, where wild pokemon and trainers wait. You can also spend some time in the river itself, though you should be cautious not to get caught in the current.

Armeria City
This is a large community where nature and city-life seem to blend together in harmony. With mountain ranges full of greenery, multiple rivers running through, and the ocean to the east, this is a great spot to kick back and relax, or train to your hearts content. After all, the first gym waits for challengers at the heart of the city.

Route 4 - Orchid Valley
A little southwest of Armeria, where the citrus turn to forests and then into this beautiful natural environment, lies Orchid Valley. This area was once threatened by deforestation, but has sprung back to it's old beauty through the efforts of many, and it now remains untouched by man-made objects. With a river splitting it in half, this valley is connected with vine bridges, challenging travelers to cross in order to continue their journey, or make a foolish attempt at swimming. Either way, you need to continue through to the large tunnel at the end somehow, unless you plan on taking the long road to the train station and go around.

Route 5 - Orchid Gorge
The tunnel at the end of Orchid Valley leads here, where teams are faced with a potentially dangerous walk through the steep steps of this ravine. Though the beauty of the valley and the rushing Lotus River below might becalm some, it's wise to keep your guard up. You'll need to keep an eye out for where you put your feet, and for the wild pokemon that lurk about.

Stonecrop City
This is the drop-off point of the Orchid Gorge and Valley. Here is home to many travelers and native of the towns and villages that merged to form this city. The outskirts still show signs of it's old rural days, but the urban parts of this city flourish in the center- where the large dome of the Stonecrop City Gym stands.
